Off-Season Dryland Hockey Training: For girls
Hello, my name is Charlotte. I am a proud alumni of Victoria Reign. During the 2019-2020 season, I played for the Bantam A team and also as an Under-Ager for the Midget A teams. In the past year, I had the opportunity to compete for Shawnigan Lake in the CSSHL, which is recognized as one of the highest-caliber girls' hockey leagues in all of Canada. Additionally, I have represented Team BC in the NAHC for the past two years, earning a bronze medal. In 2022, I finished as the top scorer in the championships, and in 2023, I served as the team leader in points.
As I embark on my journey as a student-athlete at Mount Allison, where I will be playing at the highest level of university hockey (USPORTS), my aspiration is to eventually compete for Team Canada in the coming years. However, I understand the importance of being prepared for other options. In fact, one of my post-graduation goals is to immerse myself in female sports, particularly those related to hockey, in order to further develop my skills and establish connections within the sports and fitness industry. Additionally, I aim to enhance my leadership abilities by engaging in coaching seminars focusing on health and sports, or even by becoming a sport and fitness influencer. Having participated in various community programs for hockey, I am well aware of the value they bring to individuals and communities alike.
