* Location: 2939 Mount Wells Dr, Victoria B.C
* When arriving please head to the back of Willway Elementary
Equipment Needed
* Road hockey/stick-handling stick
* water bottle
Session Includes
* 30 minute stick handling + shooting
* 30 minute dry land [sprints/agility/conditioning]
